The Bottom External Cabling Exit Cover is used in X-Ray and other applicable devices. The cover is made up of Valox V3900WX, which is a unreinforced, UV stabilized, weatherable, impact modified flame retardant Polybutylene Terephthalate/Polycarbonate (PBT) injection moldable grade. The material of the cover has a UL94V0 flame rating. The surface finish of the product is excellent and has high production rate. The product is tested to work at extreme atmospheric conditions. It is diligently designed for superior performance and reliability. This cover is manufactured using a high precision technique which offers the good dimensional accuracy. The good dimensional accuracy of the assembly helps provide the precise fit in the required assembly and the part has edges which are rounded, smooth, and free of all imperfections. The good mechanical properties such as dimensional stability, high tensile strength and excellent high/low temperature performance enhances the Increased lifespan of the product.
