The Circular Brake Assembly is a specially designed brake intended for use in X-Ray machine and other medical equipment as applicable. The brake assembly comprises of lead wires, connector housing and lock sockets. The part is supplied with brake drive spline. The compressed spring provides the required braking power to the brake assembly. The product is made of high-quality material, which makes it best suited for modern medical applications and demanding applications. The part is tested to work at extreme atmospheric conditions. It is diligently designed for superior performance and reliability. The brake system to selectively lock and release the vertical motion of a C-arm X-Ray device that is part of a sliding counterbalanced C-arm positioning device are described. The brake system can be actuated to engage the linear bearing rail assembly and lock the vertical movement of the linear bearing block. The assembly is compliant to ROHS standards. It does not have any hazardous materials and is environmentally safe. The circular brake assembly contains iron core, coil, insulated washer and pin. These parts together make up the completed assembly.
