This Axial Fan Assembly is a thermal management device which can be used in cabinets of different assemblies. All electronic devices such as computers and other circuitry generate heat during operation, and require good thermal management to prevent premature failures. The use of high quality UL94 V-1 rated plastic offers the fan propeller very good impact resistance, toughness, heat resistance and along with good flamability ratings. The square casing of this fan is made using UL94 V-0 rated plastic that offers good strength and hardness, outstanding corrosion resistance and is light weight. The motor of this fan comes with locked rotor burnout protection and reverse polarity protection which ensures reliable operation. This fan can be operated using 24 VDC supply to achieve 4200 maximum RPMs and can provide good airflow rate up to 14.83 m3/min which translates into faster air circulation. This Fan assembly can be used for thermal management purposes in GE's Definium 6000, Definium 8000 and Revolution XRd X-Ray Systems. The fan will be shipped in suitable packaging to provide adequate protection during transit.
